When most of the people we elect--and most of the people in charge at agencies meant to protect and serve the American public--are all suspect and commit the most heinous breaches of ethics and professionlism on a regular basis, are we surprised ordinary people do it? They're following the fine examples set by those in power and corporate executives. Ugh. Just ugh.
