That does happen, and if I was working or something, I’d probably eat a few bites — maybe of cottage cheese — or drink some protein, or just lie down for a bit. Some people consider 500 calories and under a fast, so that gives you leeway for a few bites of something, even a cup or two of a nice, thick soup of some kind, like tomato. Good luck, Grace!
