Thanks, Harvey! Sometimes it’s easy and sometimes more difficult. If there’s anything else going on, like if I didn’t sleep well, being hungry just makes it worse. But all in all, I really enjoy eating this way. I’ve lost more weight, but it’s a struggle.

Hoping to lose twenty or thirty more before my first hip surgery in May.

It sounds like you are doing well, and you’re right: Often, if you just hold out for a little longer, the urge for anything will pass. Good lesson!
