Thank you, Susan! There seems to be an overwhelming positive response to fasting for at least a minimum of 18 to 48 hours a week. Anything that makes us feel that good, can’t be bad.
A week or so ago, I had been fasting and worked out in the pool. During one fast burst cardio interval, I felt as if I never had to stop. It was great.
