I’m well aware of the “imbalance of power”. My generation was fighting back since before you were born. No one paid attention, apparently, and now look.

What I don’t understand is that everyone gives up and lets them do what they want. As we have seen from the pandemic, things can change, even something as ingrained as low wages and no benefits.

Farmers can do the same by unifying and refusing to buckle under to one company. Deere is not a monopoly. And there are tons of old equipment that can be repaired forever. No apps required.

Same with hospitals- If they allow that to continue, shame on them. Nurses and doctors need to unify, which they showed they could during the pandemic. Demand equipment change.
