I have found the same. Low calorie diets always left me hungry. Eating breakfast means I’ll eat more all day. If I just wait a bit, I can wait until noon or later to eat. This obsession with breakfast always seemed insane to me. Most of us aren’t farmers up at 4 am and working for hours until lunch.
I’m struggling with mobility issues and it’s the only thing working for me. Atkins might, but I miss fruit and salad too much to do that again. This feels cleaner and healthier. Thanks, Richard!
