I frequently get hangry! I’m thinking I want to eat a big meal, but as soon as I eat an apple, or a few of bites of cottage cheese, I feel better. That’s not strictly “fasting,” I guess, but why suffer?

Have a cup of bouillon or something. It takes a while to sip and in the meantime, you might feel satisfied.

I also started the Stillman diet to try and move it along faster before a major surgery in May. I have a lot of energy on that diet. High protein, low fat, low carb.
