I did three years of substitute teaching, with a Master's degree, at an average pay of $12 an hour and NO pay during the summer, or unemployment, while I listened to "real" teachers bitch about how bad they've got it because they made a measly 36 to 50k a year, or more.
They don't have to pay the subs who take over their classes while they are off being paid for "professional development."
They shouldn't "hoard" their wealth to the "bitter end"? What wealth? What hoard?
Oh, you mean they should give it all to their relatives, who will then be sure and treat them to an awesome home in a nursing facility after they've sold their homes? Or maybe not even that. The hell with them. Let them live on the street.
